VEDX maintains a firm stance against all forms of corruption. All parties we engage with must agree to the following:
No Bribery or Financial Gifts: We do not engage in or tolerate the offering or acceptance of bribes, kickbacks, or improper financial incentives in any form.
No Lobbying of Public Officials on Our Behalf: We do not participate in or endorse any form of lobbying activity aimed at influencing decisions by public officials or agencies in exchange for preferential treatment.
Our partners are expected to:
Communicate openly and honestly throughout the duration of our engagement.
Address concerns or disputes in a timely, respectful, and solution-oriented manner.
We expect that all collaborations with VEDX will reflect our belief in the power of immersive learning to positively transform education and training. Partners and customers should:
Use XR and emerging technologies responsibly, particularly in educational and youth-focused settings.
By working with VEDX Solutions Inc., all customers, partners, and affiliated organizations agree to uphold the standards and values set forth in this Commitment of Excellence. We reserve the right to terminate any relationship that fails to meet these expectations.
